My iPhone 5c will not slide, I have tried to shut it down but that will not slide either
Cannot slide my iPhone 5c across, even tried to shut it down but can't slide that either
do a reset, no data loss. hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
