TIFF images from my icloud drive only loads the first page on my iphone's icloud app. why? Or, for some reason, I cannot move the next next page.

TIFF images from my PC's icloud drive only loads the first page onto my iphone's icloud app. why? Or, for some reason, I cannot move the next next page. I uploaded a 5 page document, which shows up correctly on my PC, in TIFF format. When I look on my IPhone 6, all I can access is the first page. Any help?
