My computer battery is dead. Computer is not opening
last night i was using my computer all of sudden computer turned off. I tried open but it open even I tried to charged its not working at all

If it will not start from the AC charger then make an appointment at the Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar and take it in for service. If you are not in the USA or cannot set up an appointment this way, then contact your local Apple Store directly.
