I have corrupted my photos program and now it will not open.

I have corrupted my photos program by trying to change my storage site. Now it will not open and says it cannot fix it.

Try holding the command and option key together as you launch Photos. It will allow you to select the Photo library location.

Sorry but we need details

What exactly did you do? Where is your Photos library currently located? If it on a external drive worth format is it and how is it connected? Why won't it open - what exactly is the message you get? What OS are you running and version of Photos?
