Settings reestablished my iphone, went out and just stayed with apple fuer like to restart and now my phone did nothing. its completly dead

I was using my phone as everyday, the i decided to reestablished my phone, like another times i did it. Then the screen turn balck with the mac logo, but never start. it has 2 hours like this.

Someone can help me please. I´m from mexico, i hope you can understand my english
