No audio in Apple Maps

I have no audio in Apple Maps. I have confirmed that I have the maps voice set to normal (also tried low and loud), that my volume is up, that my phone is not on silent, and that I do not have a bluetooth device connected. It will even silence my music for navigation prompts when its time for a turn or whatnot but no audio actually comes out.

I have rebooted my phone as well.

Anybody have a suggestion as to why I cannot get audio working in Maps?
