album artwork resource is not available

In the past few months, after importing CDs which iTunes recognizes and adds correct album info to, I cannot get album artwork. The message displays says something like 'requested resource not available'. I realize I can paste images from the interweb but it is an annoying waste of time if you are importing multiple albums. Please help 😕
