I Have about 300 GB of music in my iTunes library. Can I upload it to the iCloud?
You can upgrade to 1 TB, if you are willing to pay for it.

You can't use iCloud Drive to run your iTunes library, you need to use iTunes Match which is limited to 25,000 tunes.
