My ipod screen cracked, the software is running well and both applications haven't harmed in any way my ipod
but does this two apps void my warranty which I paid for, and when I claim the warranty do I have to give my ipod without password?

If the device is jailbroken, or you downloaded apps from a source other than the App Store, then your warranty is void.
Also, unless you purchased the option AppleCare+ extended warranty, a cracked screen is not covered by the warranty.
True, but for the deductible. Actually, from the short search I did, these two applications appear to be hacks.

There is no warranty for cracked screens. Cracked screens are user damage. Either way, the apps void everything.

The bottom line is, because you installed those hacks, Apple will not touch the device at all.
