El Capitan y

My mac pro won't start I get Ace small little spinning beachball different than the other one it's more like a spitting golf ball golf ball of death. I tried starting in safe mode but that didn't work either The 2009 mac pro running El Capitan and it won't start I get the spinning beach ball and then it shuts down anybody else have this problem

- Try resetting the SMC and NVRAM/PRAM

About NVRAM and PRAM

- Try starting in Safe Mode

- Boot to Recovery and repair the startup disk

OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support

- If it is repairable reinstall the OSX

How to reinstall OS X on your Mac - Apple Support

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.

Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
