I upgraded to el cappitan

I up graded to el cappitan software every since my internet is tier intermittent and its driving me crazy in a college student and am taking exams I dont have time for this problem. Its really a chore getting from web site to web sit it won't load I have to try several times.

So my question is how do I go back to where it was cause it ran fine before this update or is there something I can do to fix it as it is.

Shame on you apple. I love apple products I don't expect this!!
