Itunes update to 12.1.3

I would like to know when I update to iTunes 12.1.3 will I lose my current music files and podcast. I believe I currently have iTunes version 10.6.3.25. I am afraid that if I update my iTunes, I will lose my current library content. We have two itunes libraries. (my current system is windows vista 2007 32-bit operating system)
