iMac 27 inch mid 2010 pixelation

I have intermittent pixelation on my iMac 27 inch, Mid 2010. Any ideas on what could be causing it? Perhaps video card???

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

Most likely, although it could be the RAM.
