iPhone is displaying ALL music

I just recently updated me phone, it's an iPhone 4S if that helps. When I go to my music, it lists ALL the music I've ever downloaded through iTunes.. every single one. The songs I want are black, and the ones I don't are greyed out. I want the greyed out ones to go away, but I can't figure out how. They play as if I've re-downloaded them and it's annoying.

If I have to delete everyone individually.. I'll lose it. It honestly won't be worth it, I've downloaded so many songs over the last 2+ years, that it'll take forever. Hopefully there's an easy solution to this? 😐

Thanks

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.0.2
