Q: iPod touch 5th gen. bought for my son. He forgot screen passcode. Tried iCloud erase, recovery mode, force reset and DFU mode with no luck. Any other options?

My 8 year old son has locked himself out of his iPod touch 5th generation and I am completely out of ideas so if anyone has anything of help to offer please please do!!!

    What exactly happens when you tried those ways? When in Recovery mode and yo connect to computer the computer shuld sho message that it found an iPod in Recovery mode. Try Recovery mode and DFU mode a few times.

    Have you tried on another computer? You need iTunes 12.3 on the computer.
