photos app does not sync my shared albums through iCloud

iOS 9.0.2

i face a problem my photos app does not sync my shared albums to iCloud ,so I can not see them in app photos in my macbook.

i have checked my cloud settings on both devices and the option iCloud photo sharing is on.

what should i do?
