Easy way to do a checkbox in IBA?

I am creating a checklist and would like the users of my book to be able to save them. For example when a user leaves my book I would like the checkmarks to stay.

I did a review question and it seems to keep the data when I close the book but it has "check answer" at the bottom which isn't the look I'm going for. I would prefer to use a built in apple method but there doesn't appear to be another choice.

Does anyone have any advice for a checkbox or something similar that saves?

Also does the Apple review questions feature sync across devices? I doubt it but I figured I would ask.
