Does Macbook late 2008 support video input?

I want to record/stream video/audio from a pc onto a Macbook onto a live streaming website. The problem being, no one knows if macbook A/V input is supported or not. I looked it up and I get a list of hdmi and vga possibilities. I know that 2009+ iMacs support it with Target Direct or something like that but I don't want to buy a new computer if I don't have to. I have a Late 2008 Aluminum body Macbook. If a capture device is used to bypass all that trouble, let me know too. Thanks.
