why I can't activate my iMessage account

SSome hours ago I tried to enter to iMessage for the first time but i couldn't because there said waiting activation also said the same in facetim, so what should I do

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2

You need to wait. Make sure that you are using a supported carrier, as activation of iMessage requires the sending of an international SMS to the servers in the UK. Supported carriers allow that, unsupported carriers do not.
