iTunes cutting out

Okay, so this is new.

iTunes 12.3.0.44 is struggling to play music imported from CD and files legally purchased from my Mini Mac's hard drive (have updated to El Capitan).

The internet connection is pretty weak where I live (ie Melbourne) and it sounds like iTunes is trying to stream the music even though it's on my computer.

I've turned off Apple Music and anything else that might be suing my WiFi connection from iTunes and it's still struggling to play tracks.

This is going to get really annoying real quick.
