So when I'm on my macbook air, and my mom is on her iPhone 6, in the lower left hand corner of the screen it says "Safari from iPhone", and when I click on it it includes the page that she's on currently on her iPhone. Is there a weird setting that I don't know about that I can turn off? Please help me; I've had this problem for a couple of months lately. Thanks!
Iit's not a "problem" but a new feature called Handoff, that allows users to switch devices and pickup whatever they were doing on other devices.
You can turn it off in Settings > General > Handoff & Suggested Apps.
