Iphone will not reset under "Erase all Content and Settings." It freezes after iTunes password has been entered. Act of resetting was in response to inability to access internet via cellular data or wifi. An upgrade to iOS 9.0.2 did not solve the internet access problem. Any insights? Thanks.

Inability to access internet and the freezing on 'Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings' appeared to be due to a software bug or conflict between a third party app and iOS. The phone did reset via Find My Iphone>erase iphone, but this led to record of iphone device and back up data on Mac iTunes being deleted. iCloud offered only partial restitution.
