What are the symbol shortcuts for the wireless keyboard?

I am an undergraduate student majoring in chemistry / biology / psychology, and have been using my iPad and wireless keyboard for my classes. When taking notes, I need to be able to use correct units, and cannot figure out how to get my numbers to be subscript / superscript. Does anyone know of a keyboard shortcut for this? I am using Notability on an iPad 2.
