I bought the new Iphone 6s plus , I backed up my old IPhone 5 and the I connect the new IPhone to computer to restore the back-up on the new IPhone. Some of the apps were transferred correctly and some of them did not . So, I went to the Itunes app to download them but I couldn't find them . Also, when I double click on them the waiting word appeared but not one of them is installed.
So, please advise me what to do ??
Rrestart your devices, then try again. You should be able to redownload your apps from App Store, Purchases tab. Just make sure you log in using the same Apple ID that was used to purchase them.
Did you check the Apps tab in iTunes to see if the apps are already in iTunes?
I Did restarted my device several times with no answer. Also , I couldn't find them in the purchased apps and I don't know why.
Make sure you're logging in with the same Apple ID that was used to originally purchase the apps.
