Have a 2015 Mac Mini hooked up to a HP 2159m via HDMI and I cannot view the top and bottom of the screen, the menu bar at the top and the dashboard bar at the bottom is cut off. How do I adjust the size of the screen so I can view the top and bottom bars?

It's likely something wrong with a setting on the display. Check the resolution that you have it set at in System Preferences and then also check the menu system on the display itself.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't tried adjusting the underscan in system preferences which I adjusted it solved my issue.
