Ipad mini not recognized

Updated my ipad mini (only wifi) to ios 9 and latest itunes. In my computer it shows up and i can access pics but it doesn't shows up in the itunes.

Tried all basic things rebooting ipad and pc. I dont know if its the problem with windows 10 or what...

Updated the USB driver from device manager still doesn't show up in itunes.

Solution please...??
