Screen rotation issues iOS 9.0.2

Anyone else having issues with the 6s Plus screen not rotating properly when you change the phone's position? I was having a terrible time with improper screen rotation with 9.0 and 9.0.1, but this issue is still lingering. Too many bugs in this new iOS 9, Apple
