How do I share my iCloud storage plan with my family?
iOS 9.0.2, 512GB Samsung SSD, 8GB sys memory
You do not share storage.
The usual setup is for you to have more storage since you're the one that is "hosting" the shared files, while other family members just have iCloud accounts with the free 5GB of storage.
