how to unlock ur disabled iPhone
i tried to unlock my phone, my kids disabled the phone, i couldn't follow the steps and unlock it

Which steps couldn't you follow : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support ?
You are connecting the phone to your computer's iTunes, that is recognising the phone ? If it is and it's prompting you to enter the passcode on the phone or to trust the computer then use the recovery mode instructions on the above link
