I can't get to Itunes Producer
I have iBooks Author 2.4 on a Mac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011) -- OS X El Capitan. I have an ebook that's ready to publish --created with iBooks . I go to File > Publish ... but when I get to the part of "Install iTunes Producer" I get this screen [please see attached screenshot IMAGE 1 below]. I have a working Apple ID ... but it's asking for a second one? I happened to check my email, I didn't get a prompt directing me there, I found a response and the email body said,
