I'm not receiving emails about my pre orders being ready to download

I Recently pre-ordered an album and I haven't been getting emails that the songs are ready for download but when I look at the album in iTunes, it says pre-ordered and the songs are avalible but can't get them.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2
