Q: windows 10 install

Hello i am attempting to install windows 10 on my macbook pro.  I have downloaded the windows 10 ISO and downloaded the apple support software onto a flash drive.  When i get to the next step to install via bootcamp, i get a message saying "installation disc could not be found".  I have downloaded the ISO and even burned that and the support software to a disc. Any ideas on how i can get past this step???
