My iphone and ipad lost the network after updating to ios9.0.2

Whenever Apple update IOS it makes me crazy. At this time my iphone5s and ipad air never recognise the wifi that I used for this updating.

I ask you strongly to fix this problem as soon as possible.

I can never use ipad now and using very expensive data for iphone!
