my iphone 4s with ios 8.3 cannot verify my icloud. i forgot to verify the account before. now i can't log in or log out. why apple making such a confusing system. it tried to change my i tunes password. but still no luck. so despered. any help or suggestion will be apriciate. maybe it is time to "THINK DIFFERENT" and not using anymore apple product

Way to go. Apple complete my day. After i tried to recovery and update my phone. Now it wont activate at all. it saids tis phone is connect to an apple id WITH A CLUE OF MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS. But i cant activate it with my new password. I gave up!!! Is anyone from apple support even read this forum anyway? Is this Forum just for people babbling and grunting without any solutions?
