Audio output gone since installing el capitan

So sound only comes from my ´internal speakers´ I have no option any more to select ´line out´ (on system pref) also my USB device Scarlett 2i2 is un-selectable. Input works i can select ´internal microphone´, ´line in´and Scarlettt 2i2 USB ! This is all since installing El Capitan.
