My iphone 6 is stuck

Hi,

Issue again with my iPhone 6.

I tried open one app and after that my iPhone got stuck. Screen is off completely and when I try to turned on the screen, it gets ON, but taking time.

And if the screen is ON, then also I can't do anything with my iPhone. Cannot pick up any call, can't open any app, in short, I cannot access anything.

The power is ON and able to charge too.

However, it's like my phone is dead.

Please suggest me what I can do to get it working?

Thanks in advance

Rashmi

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.
