Safari - no Passwords? Ios9....

iPad Air/ios9 - after iOS upgrade Safari will not come up with passwords for sites? IT works on my iPhone 5 (iOS the same) and when you click in the required box, you get the choice of 'AutoFill Password' but on my iPad that box does not appear on the top of the software keyboard?

I am not in 'private' mode in Safari?

I have checked the Safari password setting and all the passwords are stored, the settings are - Autofill - Names and Passwords - ON.

Help? many many more problems with ios9!!!!!
