i have a iphone 5s and 2 days ago i update my iphone to ios 9.0.2 and i search at youtube all features of ios 9 but when i check my phone i didn't find the features at all for example to change the mute button function to be a lock rotation, i didn't get all the wallpaper, and many more please help me to fix it.

the features are there, but not all at the same place as before:
for example: rotation lock is now done separately from the control center:
swipe up from the bottom of the iPhone, the Control Center appears with a lot of possibilities, most above row has the rotation lock icon.
i still cant find it i alredy search it with search bar at option and i alredy check all the tab and i cant find it what i'm supposed to do?

That function is only on iPads, not iPhones.
Use the iBooks app to get "iPhone User Guide For iOS 9".

The mute switch has never been able to lock orientation on iPhones. It could be set to do it on earlier iPads. The latest iPads don't have that switch.
Don't believe everything on YouTube.
It was in the settings of older iPhones, 3, 3G, 4, 4S and ipads, to set the switch on the right side to either rotation lock or sound mute.
They brought it back with iOS 9 on iPads. Settings | General and you'll see the option "Use Side Switch to" where you can select Lock Rotation or Mute. It is not available on an iPhone 6 but not sure about a Plus.
