AU plug-ins don't show up

AU plug-ins don't show up

I've read other questions that has the same problem and I've tried to follow those steps. But the plug-ins I downloaded still don't show up.

This is how I downloaded plug-ins:

I opened Finder> shift+command+h to open Home> Library>Audio>Plug-Ins>Components and paste my downloaded plug-ins...

..like this. And what I saw in GB was...

...nothing.
I'm not sure if I downloaded correctly or something but I found a reply from How do I get audio unit instruments to work in new Garageband? from admidland who had exactly the same problem as mine. The magical 8 bit plug-in didn't show up.

Are the audio units you want to use 64-bit audio components? GarageBAnd 10 can only use 64bit audio units, see: GarageBand for Mac (v10.0): Unexpected behavior with Audio Units plug-ins - Apple Support

The version here claims to be 64bit: http://www.ymck.net/en/download/magical8bitplug/

As a test I installed the plug-in downloaded from the link above in

~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/magical8bitPlug.component/

And restarted the Mac - that is important!

The plug-in showed in the smart controls for a new software track:

I restarted the program and restarted the mac but the result was the same. AU is also enabled in GB preference. My friend installed this plug-in in her mac and there was no problem at all.😕
