my phone is frozen in half and it won't allow me to touch anything

The part when you go down to see the weather and all of the stuff. For some reason it stop in the middle and now its frozen and i can't turn off my phone and not even touch in of the app, i can't even swipe left or right, the only things that work is the touch id, siri, and the lock button.
