Error 7 (Windows error 114), iTunes is not starting, help!!!

After installing update (12.3.0.44) my iTunes is not working. When I'm trying to start iTunes I'm getting Error 7 (Windows error 114). I've tried to reinstall itunes simply, to remove it completly (all elements) and install again and all recommendations I found in internet (i.e. to uninstall using revo uninstall utility and even tryed to check and repair system files via sfc /scannow). But no luck, iTunes still not working. I've tied to install the older versions of iTunes, but no luck, the same error. My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Please help, I don't want to reinstall windows.

Im experiencing a similar issue I'm also running Windows 10 pro 64 bit I can run an older version of iTunes but not the newest I get an error 7 Windows error 193 message and clueless on what to do to fix this and I've been trying to get this issue resolved for two weeks now I've called Apple numerous times I've had several remote sessions and no one can seem to figure out how to fix it im an experienced computer technician and have gotten down to the root cause and it's the mobile device service stops unexpectedly the event viewer shows faulting application is the applemobiledeviceservice.exe file and the faulting module is the Windows system 32 kernelbase.dll file but don't know why it's happening or what do do next

It seems, that the latest version 12.3.0.44 is really unstable and brings a lot of problems. I'm really don't know what do, ro reinstall windows or not to reinstall. After all that I have read I'm not sure that it will help at 100%.

Finaly I solved the problem. I completly uninstalled 12.3.0.44 version (previously i didn't mentioned that I left Apple Softweare Support x86 and x64). Then I installed previous version 12.2.2.25 it's available here Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates . Now i can use iTunes normaly. It's shame to Apple to release such awful and crapy version 12.3.0.44, just type "itunes 12.3.0.44 problems" in google and you will find tons of ptoblem topics at discussions.apple.com and other forums!
