Phone Call Issue

I have been using my IPhone for a radio contest. When I have been able to get through and the phone is ringing, the phone will only ring for a set amount of rings and then after a set amount of rings the phone disconnects me. It tells me to call back another time. Is there a way to have my phone continue ringing. The radio station only answers the phone after the song is done and the phone won't stay ringing for that long. I have an Iphone 5. This is so frustrating.

This has nothing to do with your iphone or Apple. That is a carrier feature, call your phone carrier and let them know it's frustrating and see what they say.
