Spotlight search contacts is weird

Using Spotlight to search (quickly Access) a contact is weird:

It doesn't seem to be able to find infarmation stored in contact, except for comments.

(I tried a company's name, of which i know i have their contact stored, and got as search-result only these contacts which have this in the comment)

I already tried to hide/show all contacts, but this does not help.

any hints?
