Q: "Unable to Move Messages" New 'Delete All' doesn't work

When I try to delete all from a specific inbox, the messages disappear but then an alert saying "Unable to Move Messages - the messages could not be moved to the mailbox Trash." The Trash Mailbox remains empty. After a few minutes, the messages reappear in the inbox.

    Hey there bookmanjb,

I see that you are getting a message when attempting to move mail messages on your iOS device. Here is an article for you that addresses this specific issue:

    "Unable to move message"

    1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Then tap your email account.
    2. Tap Account > Advanced.
    3. Tap Deleted Mailbox and make sure that it's set to Trash.
    4. Tap Advanced, then tap Account, and then tap Done.

Now try to move a message. If you see the error message again, follow these steps:

    1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Then tap your email account.
    2. Tap Account > Advanced.
    3. Tap IMAP Path Prefix, and then type INBOX/.
    4. Tap Account, and then tap Done.
