Bluetooth No longer working since 9.02

Hi,

I didn't bother with the update to 9.01 and went straight to 9.02. I did this because a few people told me they were having Issue's.

Since I have the newest 9.02 update I can no longer access my bluetooth devices in my car or my house.

Other people can with similar phone's but mine is no longer connecting to anything.

I have tried to remove and re add the devices at no luck.

If anyone has any suggestions I would very much appreciate it.

Also, is it me or is the response time on the touch screen now much slower?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2, Bluetooth Issue
