iTunes v12.3 unable to detect iPhone devices

Hi everyone, my iTunes v12.3 on my PC (Win10 Pro 64bit) can't detect my iPhones (6, 5S, 4S). I already tried multiple USB cables and still it will not show up. I'm sure my USB cables are working since my PC can actually see the photos on my phone. It's just that iTunes cannot detect the devices. Please advise. Thanks.
