Hello, I am having problems with the storage on my iPhone 5s, no matter what I delete it still says I have no storage left.. I have seen suggestions that include backing the phone up to iTunes and restoring again however I have never backed to iTunes only on iCloud, will I lose everything ?
No. But backing up to iTunes will be an additional "insurance policy," if you will, and restoring that way will be a more reliable method. Give it a try.
