asked to enter a verification code on another device

I can no longer sign-in to icloud and receive my me.com mail on my iphone, I am asked to log in on an other device and enter a verification , however when I log-in to icloud on another device there is no request for that code.

I also can no longer get my me.com mail on Outlook on my pc due to correct password (same I use to log-in on icloud) being rejected.

Can anybody solve these problems?
