itunes randomly skips to next podcast during playback

Hello,

Whenever I'm listening to podcasts in iTunes, it will randomly skip to the next podcast, it's very annoying. I've seen similar questions on here but no solutions. I'm using the latest version of iTunes on a 2015 MacBook Pro running El Capitan (I also had this problem while using Yosemite).

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
