iOS 9 - Safari Keeps Crashing

Since installing iOS 9 I have had nothing but issues. Currently, I cannot successfully open websites and keep them open. Things crash left and right and I keep getting error messages where I never have. This software is full of bugs! I cannot use my phone for personal, nevermind business use and this is really unacceptable.

When can we expect a fix?
